Ultralife Corporation (NASDAQ: ULBI) was formed in 1990 and soon after acquired technology and assets from Eastman Kodak Company relating to its 9-volt Lithium Manganese Dioxide battery. In December of 1992, we completed our initial public offering and became listed on NASDAQ.

We offer products and services ranging from battery and power solutions to communications and integrated systems to large, global OEMs and government agencies in multiple mission-critical markets. With an emphasis on strong engineering support and a collaborative approach to problem solving, we design and manufacture systems and solutions including batteries, charging systems, communications equipment and ruggedized computer solutions for the most challenging applications in the world, including those for the military, medical and oil & gas markets.

Our operations span North America, Europe and Asia. This large, global footprint allows us to serve some of the most respected, innovative and impactful companies and organizations in the world. With everything getting smaller, faster and more powerful – batteries – especially those custom designed by Ultralife – are in great demand. That, coupled with our other mission-critical solutions, puts Ultralife at the center of what many of our customers are doing today.

If you would like to be a part of our growth plans and help our customers deliver some of the most interesting products and solutions, contact us to see what a career at Ultralife might look like. We are dedicated to providing a positive work environment and driving our core values: Safety, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focused, Empowerment and Accountability.
