This form is to allow Village residents to submit anonymous complaints regarding any conditions that may be unsafe, or inconsistent with quality of life, etc. Please note that you will be reaching out to Newark, NY (halfway between Rochester and Syracuse in Upstate New York) not Newark, New Jersey. Any noise complaint should be directed to the Police Department by dialing 911.
