As part of the Village of Newark's Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), New CDM, LLC and Housing Visions Consultants, Inc. are developing 101 new affordable apartments in the Village of Newark. Residents have access to an on-site laundry facility, bulk storage, community gathering rooms and other amenities, including off-street parking and a fitness room.
